Express Post Delivery within Australia (us)
  • Express Post Delivery Costs = $15.00
  • You can select Express Post delivery at checkout.
  • From time to time we offer FREE Express Post delivery when you spend over a specific amount. An Express Post delivery Discount Code will be provided for such events.
  • Express Post delivery will apply according to the time frames below.
    • Allow 1-3 business days + 1day for despatch in metropolitan area.
    • Allow up to 5 business days + 1 day for despatch in rural locations.

    Standard Delivery REST OF THE WORLD (us)
    • International Delivery Costs are based on weight and size;
      • Upto 2kg = $20
      • 2.1kg-4kg = $30
      • 4.1kg-5kg = $38
    • Not all products are available for International delivery. Products will be noted if available for International delivery.
    • Local taxes, import or custom duties will not be paid by Haute & Abode. They are payable by you (customer) to your local authorities.
    • Shipping fees do not include local taxes or Import/Custom duties or any other additional costs for International orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with you order we recommend contacting your local authorities and Customs office prior to placing the order. If such charges are applicable to your order and you do not wish to pay them, Haute & Abode will not issue a refund or reimbursement after you have finalised your order.

      • NZ delivery 5-10 days + 1day for despatch.
      • Rest of the World 10-15 days + 1day for despatch

    General Information
    Orders are sent from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Rosanna.

    If you have any special instructions relating to your delivery, please indicate these in the comments section upon finalising your purchase.

    All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.

    We attempt to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of being received; excluding Public Holidays and Weekends.

    It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address Haute & Abode will not issue a refund or replacement.

    If you do enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately at so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.

    You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.

    A signature is required when your order is delivered, so we recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available, the delivery service will leave a card advising you to collect your order from either your local post office or an agent.

    Orders will be delivered on business days only. Please note, the number of business days estimated above begins the day after your order is dispatched. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

    Delivery Delays | Lost or Stolen Items
    Orders placed on Public Holidays and Friday-Sunday will dispatched on the following business day.

    Orders may not be delivered on time due to parcel held at Customs, adverse weather conditions, strikes and other circumstances out of Haute & Abode's control.

    Haute & Abode is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
